4. Credits and Payments

• Reports require credits. One credit equals one report generation.
• You may purchase credits through Polar.sh, which manages all payments and billing.
• Credits are non-refundable but never expire unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing, discounts, and credit bundles are subject to change at our discretion.
• BetterScope AI does not directly process or store any payment card information.

5. Generated Content and Use

• Reports generated through BetterScope AI use publicly available information and AI models to create summaries and analyses.
• We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any generated content.
• Reports are for informational and research purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial, legal, or investment advice.
• You are responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided.

6. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, branding, design, and templates, belong to BetterScope AI.
• You retain ownership of your generated reports but grant us a limited license to store and display them within your account.
• You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its outputs without written permission.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using BetterScope AI, you consent to the collection and use of data as outlined in that policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
